Clarksburg Woman Arrested for Allegedly Starting Fire in Abandoned Home Near Her Own Residence

According to this report from WDTV, authorities have arrested a Clarksburg woman after she allegedly set an abandoned home on Byrd Lane on fire.
According to a criminal complaint, 20-year-old Emma Jean Smith intentionally started a fire at an abandoned house next to her residence.
