Complaint Against Clarksburg City Manager Dismissed by West Virginia Ethics Commission

WDTV reports that he West Virginia Ethics Commission dismissed a complaint against Clarksburg City Manager Martin Howe.
 
Thomas Jacquez., who owned rental property in the city, filed the complaint. He alleged ethics violations related to spending. According to a press release from the city, the complaint was dismissed for lack of probable cause. The city claims Jacquez's rental properties generally did not meet city safety and building codes, and he often attempted to fight city council efforts to remove dangerous and blighted properties.
