Construction Area of East View's Philippi Pike Closed Following Late-Night Motorcycle Crash

Philippi Pike in East View will be shut down for some time after a motorcycle accident, around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Harrison County dispatchers, the motorcycle rider somehow crashed in the area where all the bridge construction is happening. That part of the road will be shut down while crews reconstruct the scene.
