County Commission Seeks Second Appraisal on Charles Pointe TIF District

In a special Tuesday meeting of the Harrison County Commission, concerns regarding an appraiser that was hired for the TIF District at Charles Pointe were addressed. The man in question, according to a Tuesday report from WDTV, was convicted of fraud.
