Covering Protecting State Capitol Dome Damaged due to Storms; Possible Tornado in Kanawha County

According to MetroNews, the strong winds that moved through Charleston Monday night damaged the protective covering on the state capitol dome.
The material that covers a massive scaffolding project was ripped by the wind.
Other media outlets, including the Charleston Gazette-Mail, is reporting that a tornado may have touched down in Kanawha County.
