The monthly meeting of the Bridgeport Development Authority that was scheduled for this coming Monday at 6:30 p.m. has been canceled. Although a date and time for the next meeting has yet to be announced, the group typically meets the frist Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

 

Meetings are generally canceled due to a lack of agenda items that need attention.

 

The group focuses on ways to help enhance development in the city of Bridgeport and is chaired by Mayor Robert "Bob" Greer and led by the President of the group John Stogran. Community Development Director Randy Spellman often provides information on new projects coming to the city and updates of existing development that is taking place.

 

The meetings are generally held in the conference room at the Bridgeport Municipal Complex. They are open to the public.
