For those visiting Bridgeport who have already sampled the city's fare or those who are residents of the city and beyond looking for a trip for a new culinary experience, here's a recent edition of WBOY's Restaurant Road Trip. This restaurant is only a few months old and is 30 minutes north of Bridgeport not far off of Interstate 79.

Sitting just up the hill from the Suncrest Town Center, the Oryza Asian Grill is bringing a different style of dining to Morgantown.  Oryza offers Asian-influenced meals that can be made not just to order, but right in front of you as you walk up for your meal.

"It's a build-your-own concept.  You come in and start with a bowl, salad or wrap.  From there you go with your base of white rice, red rice or noodles, pick your proteins, go down the line," said General Manager Matthew Grewell.

And those are just the beginning of the options offered at Oryza.  Down the line includes your choice of six sauces, extra toppings, and whatever additions to make your order just the way you like. Grewell said it's a style they expected would be a hit in Morgantown, but now it's reaching a wider audience.

"Our target audience starting off, we were geared towards young families, college kids, that's why we picked Morgantown, but we've come to find out it fits every spectrum," Grewell said.
