Although many criticized the City of Bridgeport for applying for and being granted "Home Rule" status several years ago, cities statewide are now lining up trying to become part of the program. On Monday, a meeting that will help determine who is in and who is out of the next round of selections will be held at the Bridgeport Municipal Complex.
