Four Arrested, Two Sought as Sheriff's SCAD Unit Drug Effort Nets $14,500 in Heroin in Harrison County

On Tuesday, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department’s Street Crimes and Drug Unit, SCAD, along with officers from the Nutter Fort Police Department and the Stonewood Police Department arrested four persons and are seeking two more on drug related charges.
 
Those arrested were;
 
James Edward Jones aka “Slook”, age 22 of Pittsburgh, PA, who was charged with felony possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Jones was transported to the North Central Regional Jail to await arraignment.
 
Kathleen C. Viglianco aka “Katie”, age 21 of Clay Street, Clarksburg, was charged with two felony counts of delivery of heroin and one felony count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Viglianco was transported to the North Central Regional Jail to await arraignment.
 
Hunter Queen, age 20 of Nutter  Fort was charged with one felony count of delivery of heroin. Queen was arraigned before Harrison County Magistrate Tammy Marple and was released after posted a $25,000 cash only bond.
 
Andrea Simmons, age 25 of Glen Falls was charged with one felony county of delivery of heroin. Simmons was transported to the North Central Regional Jail to await arraignment.
 
The SCAD Unit also has outstanding drug related felony warrants for Kevin Parker, age 28, and Arabella “Bella” Viglianco, age 20, both of Stonewood. The couple are believed to be together out of the state at this time.
 
In addition to the arrests made, the SCAD Unit executed a search warrant on the home of Kathleen C. Viglianco on Clay Street, Clarksburg. As a result of the execution of this search warrant the SCAD Unit located 25 and a half bricks of heroin in James “Slook” Jones’ backpack in the Clay Street apartment. At the time of her arrest, Viglianco had four bricks of heroin hidden on her person. The street value of the heroin seized is approximately $14,500.
 
“All the arrests made today stem from an investigation conducted by the SCAD during the months of May and June of 2016 and are part of SCAD’s continuing effort to quickly stop the heroin traffic before it hits our streets,”Chief Deputy Jeff McAee said.
