Four Individuals Arrested in Harrison County on Various Drug Charges; Fifth Person Sought by Police

On Wednesday, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes and Drug Unit (SCAD) arrested four individuals in the Spelter and Shinnston areas of Harrison County on various drug charges.  These arrests are the result of a four month undercover narcotics investigation conducted by the SCAD Unit.  The following people were arrested;
 
Tara Feathers, a 23 year old female, from Shinnston was charged with two counts of delivery of heroin and two counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin, all four charges are felonies.  She was transported to the North Central Regional Jail pending arraignment before a magistrate.
 
Logan Drake, a 21 year old male, from Shinnston was charged with two counts of delivery of heroin and two counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin, all four charges are felonies.  He was transported to the North Central Regional Jail pending arraignment before a magistrate.
 
Tiffany Sampson, a 25 year old female, from Spelter was charged with three counts of delivery of heroin, one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin, and one count of child neglect, all five charges are felonies.  She was arraigned before Harrison County Magistrate Keith Marple who set her bond at $41,000, which she posted.
 
Kayla Hannah, a 25 year old female, from Spelter was charged with one counts of delivery of heroin, one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin, and one count of child neglect, all three charges are felonies.  She was arraigned before Harrison County Magistrate Keith Marple who set her bond at $30,000.  Kayla did not post bond and was transported the North Central Regional Jail.
 
The SCAD Unit is seeking a fifth individual, Jeremiah Doddrill of Spelter, Doddrill has a warrant on file for the felony charge of operation of a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.  Anyone with information on Doddril’s whereabouts should contact the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office at 304-623-6655.
