West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin has appointed Phil Hart to the West Virginia Fire Commission to replace the late Chief Gary Bonnett.  Hart wears multiple hats. He is the interim fire chief at Bridgeport Fire Department as well as the fire chief at Belington Volunteer Fire Department. Hart has been on the SEAFC Board of Directors since 2013.
