Members of the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force conducting surveillance Thursday evening on two female drug dealers at the Walmart in Clarksburg observed an illegal drug transaction with a known dealer. The agents confronted  the suspects and recovered  five stamps of heroin that was sold in the transaction.

Further investigation revealed a room the females were using at the Country Club Motel in Fairmont. The Three Rivers Drug Task Force responded and  obtained a search warrant for the motel room. Upon execution of the search warrant the agents seized nine (9) bricks of heroin (approximately 450 bags) from the room.

Arrested were Jalisa Hawkins, aka Ashley, and Breona Williams. Both females are from Pittsburgh and both were charged with distribution of heroin and conspiracy for the incident occurring at Walmart in Harrison County and will be charged in Marion County for Possession With The Intent To Deliver.

Hawkins is currently on bond involving a drug investigation by the Harrison County SCAD unit.
