Harrison County SCAD Unit Arrests Four Harrison County Residents on Herion, Crack Cocaine Charges

On Wednesday (July 27) and Thursday (July 28) the Harrison County Sheriff's Department Street Crime and Drug Unit (SCAD) conducted arrest operations relating to heroin distribution in the Harrison County area.  The arrests stem from an undercover operation conducted by the SCAD unit during the spring and summer months of 2016.  The following persons were arrested;
 
- Taylor Syslo, a 23-year-old female resident of the Hartland area of Clarksburg, was charged with four felony counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin.
 
- Dustin Albert Carey, a 27-year-old male resident of the Hartland area of Clarksburg, was charged with two felony counts of delivery of heroin and two felony counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin.
 
- Paul Bowen, a 30-year-old male resident of Anmoore, was charged with one felony count of delivery of heroin.
 
- Guy Lippincott, a 31-year-old male of Stonewood, was charged with three felony counts of delivery of heroin and crack cocaine. Lippincott was incarcerated in the North Central Regional Jail and his warrants were faxed to the jail to be served.
 
In addition to those arrested, the SCAD Unit has outstanding felony drug warrants for Daniel Bosley, a 32-year-old male from Buckhannon, and Justin Buckhannon, a 25-year-old male of Clarksburg.
 
The SCAD Unit was assisted with these arrests by the Stonewood Police Department and the Anmoore Police Department.
 
“Heroin continues to be the number one drug problem in Harrison County and our SCAD Unit is focusing their efforts on the heroin dealers in our area," said Harrison County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Jeff McAtee.
