Harrison County Woman Arrested, Charged with Child Neglect after Discovery of Drugs at Residence

According to this report from WBOY, a Shinnston woman was arrested and charged with four counts of child neglect after Shinnston Police responded to a reported overdose on Station Street.
Gail Campbell allegedly had children aged 7, 9, 13 and 17 in her home, along with a variety of drugs.
When police responded to the home in response to the overdose, the 13-year-old boy handed police two bags that he said contained Campbell's "stuff." He said there was a "spoon and white bags with powder" inside.
