Harrison Schools on Three-Hour Delay for Thursday

Harrison County Assistant Superintendent of Schools Anthony Fratto has confirmed that there will be a three-hour delay for Thursday, Feb. 11.
Here is a statement from Superintendent Dr. Mark Manchin on the reasoning for the early decision.
"As weather conditions in Harrison County continue to improve, the potential for hazardous travel still remains. In an effort to place the safety of our students first, Harrison County will operate on a three-hour delay Thursday, February 11, 2016. We will continue to monitor road and weather conditions this evening and through the night," said Manchin.
