Hearing Involving Status of Clarksburg Councilman Sam Lopez Under Way

A hearing involving three Clarksburg City Council members seeking to have fellow Council member Sam "Zeke" Lopez removed from office began today. According to WDTV, three of the five witness in the case have already testified.
The hearing is the result of the lawsuit filed by the Council members to have Lopeze removed. The West Virginia Supreme Court appointed a panel to hear the case. That case is currently under way.
