I-79 Southbound Rest Area to be Closed Briefly Friday

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE
The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Road Closure on I-79, Southbound Rest Area, Mile Marker 122.8, on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 12 p.m. (noon) through 4 p.m.
The purpose for the Road Closure is paving the Rest Area Entrance and Exit Ramps. The Southbound Rest Area (Mile Marker 122.8) will be closed while crews pave the exit and entrance ramps. The closure is expected to be approximately 4 hours.
Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
