JCPenney Closing More Stores; Mall Site Not on List

Embattled retailer JCPenney announced recently it is closing more stores as well as a call center. The good news comes on two fronts.
Nationally, the chain is only closing six of its locations. The better new locally is that the Meadowbrook Mall location in Bridgeport is not among those listed. In fact, none of the stores listed are in West Virginia.
