The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be Traffic Delays, Lane Closures and Temporary Detours on Joyce Street/Route 50 this evening starting at 7 p.m. through Monday, Oct. 27 at 6 a.m.

The purpose for the delay is the replacement of the expansion dams on the US 50 Bridge just before Joyce Street Exit traveling West.  The Westbound off-ramp to Joyce Street and the Eastbound on-ramp from Joyce Street will be closed.  Eastbound off-ramp and Westbound on-ramp to US 50 at Joyce Street will continue to be open.

The ramps will be closed from 7 p.m. on Friday (10-24-14) to 6 a.m. Monday (10-27-14).  Alternate Routes will be County Route 20 South & County Route 20/75.  Please use posted Detour and expect delays.  Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.

The bridge will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday (10-24-14) until 6 a.m. Monday (10-27-14).  Please use posted detour and expect delays.  Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
