Lane Closure on Interstate 79 North of Bridgeport Set to Last through Friday for Repairs; Delays Expected

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE
The slow lane of southbound Interstate 79 will be closed between mile markers 146.3 and 145.9, which spans the distance between the Goshen Road exit and onramp, from Tuesday, August 9, 2022, through Friday, August 12, 2022, for hole repair on the overpass.
The other lanes will remain open, but this lane closure is likely to cause traffic delays. Motorists are advised to plan and allow additional time for their commute.
Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
