Law Enforcement Asking for Public Assistance to Locate Woman Wanted for Forgery, Uttering and More

In this "Monday's Most Wanted" report from WDTV, the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance. They are seeking Kaytlen Phares, 21, who is on the run.
She has blonde hair, blue eyes, 5'4", and weighs around 125 pounds. She is accused of failing to appear, forgery, and uttering.
