Local Law Enforcement Seeking Public Help to Locate Wanted Clarksburg Man

A man with three misdemeanor capias warrants on him is being sought by the Harrison County Sheriff's Department. The man in question is Joseph Michael Riffle, 26, of Clarksburg.
