Local Police Pursuit of Motorcycle Ends with Arrest of Man; Charged with Fleeing Under the Influence

According to this report from WBOY, one person is in custody after a motorcycle pursuit Wednesday morning.
 
According to Marion County Sheriff Jimmy Riffle, officers attempted to pull over Zachary Curtis, 30, of Marion County, at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday on 4 States Road in Worthington for a routine stop due to defective equipment and improper registration. 
 
Curtis did not pull his motorcycle over, causing a brief pursuit. After about three miles, Curtis jumped off his motorcycle and ran away. 
 
Curtis was detained and charged with fleeing under the influence.
