Long-time Bridgeport doctor, Mark Hrko DO, FACOS, is relocating to another state and will be leaving Clarksburg Surgical Specialists Inc. as of August 19, 2014. 

 

Dr. Jeffery W. Madden and Dr. Marc L. Costa will provide the surgical needs of Hrko’s patients wishing to remain with Clarksburg Surgical Specialists, Inc. 

“I am pleased that you will have the opportunity to have them as your surgeon,” said Hrko.

 

Any patient wishing to seek surgical care from another surgeon can obtain their medical records from the offices of Clarksburg Surgical Specialists, which is located in Bridgeport.  A copy of an individual’s medical records can be transferred to another surgeon or released to you or another person only through your permission.  If you choose to seek surgical care from a different surgeon, you must sign an authorization form to release your records.  To obtain this release, please call 304-933-3850 or download the authorization form from the Web site www.clarksburgsurgical.com.

His wife Donna, who is also actively involved in the community, also had kind words to say about her time in Bridgeport.

 

“We have enjoyed living and raising our family here,” said Donna Hrko. “We have made lifelong friendships that we will cherish.”
