According to MetroNews, Fairmont's Sidney Muller, 27, charged with the July quadruple homicide in Clarksburg was set to appear before Harrison County Magistrate Frank DeMarco at 9 a.m. for his preliminary hearing.

 

Muller is charged with killing Clarksburg residents Christopher Hart, 26, and Todd Russell Amos, 29, at Hart’s home on Locust Avenue back on July 26. He is also accused of shooting to death father and son newspaper delivery team Freddy Swiger, 70, and Fred Swiger, 47, outside the home.
