Man Found Guilty of 2010 Murder in Clarksburg Sentenced to Life in Prison with Mercy

Ennis Charles "E.C." Payne was sentenced to life in prison, with mercy, for the murder of Jayar Poindexter at the Quarry Apartments in 2010.
He was also sentenced to 1-5 years for conspiracy to commit burglary.
