More Wrongful Death Lawsuits Filed against Bridgeport's "Pill Mill" Doctor; Total Now at Five

After three malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits were filed against a doctor whose practices at her Harrison County practice led to pleading no contest to federal drug charges, two additional suits of a similar nature have been filed.
Dr. Edita Milan, 76, of Fairmont, faces accusations that the procedures at her Bridgeport practice led to the deaths of Brian W. Hunstead and Felicia M. Prater.
