More than 200 WVU Students Improve Campus on "Make a Difference Day"

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on October 24, 2016 via Connect-Bridgeport.com

Make a Difference Day is the nation's largest day of community service and members of WVU's Mountaineer Maniacs wanted to be part of it.

WVU is always looking for opportunities to strengthen campus-community relationships and the mountaineer maniacs want to show what it really means to "Be the Difference."

Leah Cunningham said, "We have over 200 students that signed up for different beautification projects today from both the Mountaineer Maniacs and the Student Government Association and we are really excited because all these hours are actually tracked through I-Serve which is our online volunteer management system and will go to the Million Hour Match."
