A female that has been dubbed by national media sources as the 'Mysterious Woman in Black' has apparently been sighted in Bridgeport and the North Central West Virginia area. according to this report from WDTV. WDTV sites several social media posts of her being spotted in Bridgeport and Clarksburg.
