No Injuries Result from Two-Vehicle Accident on Johnson Avenue

Just before 12:30 p.m. a two-vehicle accident temporarily snarled traffic at the intersection of Johnson Avenue and Barnett Run Road near the Meadowbrook Mall entrance.
A minivan with Florida plates was exiting Barnett Run Road onto Johnson Avenue when it collided with a Dodge pickup traveling on Johnson Avenue toward Meadowbrook Road.
There were minors, including one infant, traveling in the minivan. Passengers were given on-site examinations by Bridgeport EMS, but there were no hospital transports.
The accident is under investigation by Bridgeport Police Department.
