Owner of Yann's Hot Dogs, One of Area's Most Iconic Restaurants, Russell Yann, has Passed Away

The owner and operator of one of Fairmont's, and the region's, most iconic businesses, Yann's Hot Dogs, has passed away.
According to a post on the Facebook page of Convention & Visitors Bureau of Marion County, Russell Yann has died. The Washington Street business in Fairmont has been a mainstay in the community for decades.
The Facebook post reads as follows:
"It is with great sadness that we share news of Russell Yann's passing. Marion County has lost one of its most iconic figures. We are thinking of his family and friends at this time."
