According to this report from MetroNews, there was a reason for traffic that was backed up in the northbound and southbound lanes of Intererstate 79 Monday that had nothing to do with construction. Traffic was backed up for more than two hours as the result of two separate accidents near mile marker 139 in Marion County Monday afternoon.

 

Nobody was injured in that accident either. All lanes re-opened shortly after 4:30 p.m.
