Photos: NCWV Heart Walk Draws Huge Crowd

The North Central West Virginia Heart Walk took place Thursday evneing at the Bridgeport Rec Complex in Bridgeport. The fundraising event promotes physical activity in a fun, family-friendly environment, and an engagement in heart-healthy living.
UHC organizers say America’s top most underlying causes of death are heart disease and stroke.With a goal of $100,000; these funds will help save numerous lives in North Central West Virginia. About 2,300 Americans die of cardiovascular disease each day, an average of one death every 38 seconds.
