First Energy advises that there was a planned outage for 8 a.m. through noon on Monday, Feb. 18 for customers along Johnson Avenue in Bridgeport, but that outage was postponed due to a customer issue. The planned outage has not yet been rescheduled, but once it is, customers will receive a phone call advising of the date and time. The purpose of the outage is to replace equipment.
