It's another week for WDTV's "Tasty Tuesday" report and for those living in Bridgeport or visiting, here's a profile on one that is roughly 20 miles - or a less than a half hour trip - from Bridgeport right off of Interstate 79 south.

Since 2005...Hickory House has been a staple of the community and a popular destination for travelers.
"If you look around the restaurant you'll see license plates from all 50 states; when people stop off of I-79, they like it [the food] so much they'll mail us a license plate," said Alden Butcher, whose parents, John and Susan Butcher, own the restaurant.
"It's just a nice family environment, hometown feel. Somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle," said customer Devon Chris.
Everything on the menu is a family recipe, including the home-made pickles and the Barbecue sauce.
"I love the pulled pork, I love the brisket," said Butcher.
"The pulled pork, I think, is probably one of my favorites," said Chris.
Before it gets put on a plate....all of the meat starts in the smoker and gets cooked low and slow for 12 hours.
"We hand-rub all of our meat with a dry rub and we smoke it in our in-house smoke with real hickory wood; that's the key, the hickory," said Butcher.
