Rachel Shoaf, Convicted Murderer of Skylar Neese, Transferred

Rachel Shoaf, 18, convicted of 2nd degree murder of teen, Skylar Neese. was transferred to Lakin Correctional Facilty on Friday, July 25.
WBOY reports that Shoaf's co-defendant, Shelia Eddy, is located at the same facility West Columbia, West Virginia where she serving her sentence of life in prison with mercy.
