Some may say that beauty is only skin deep, but on October 18, Tuscan Sun Spa will demonstrate how beauty can also benefit others.  For the first time, they will be presenting  a Beauty, Power and Wellness Show, with all proceeds benefiting the United Way of Harrison County.

 

The event, which will take place from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m., will feature a runway hair show by the Aveda Salon at Tuscan, as well as two grand prize drawings  for round-trip airline tickets courtesy of  North Central West Virginia Airport and a whitewater rafting trip card for two from ACE Adventure Resort.  There will also be service demos, spa and med spa service samplings, gift bags and door prizes.

 

The show will take place at the Bridgeport Conference Center, with tickets available at all Tuscan Sun Spa locations for $35. 

 

Because October is National Domestic Violence Prevention Month, the company decided to create this event to empower women and celebrate their strength.  It was a natural fit to have it benefit United Way, as they provide funds to support Hope, Inc., an organization dedicated to stopping domestic violence.
