SCAD Unit Gets Clarksburg Arrest of Philadelphia Man for Pill Selling, Discovery of Thousands in Cash

According to WBOY, a Philadelphia man was arrested in Harrison County Tuesday after he allegedly sold drugs to a confidential informant.
Sean Adams, 28, also known as 'Rico', sold 29 oxycodone pills to a confidential informant in exchange for $1,510 in Clarksburg Monday, according to the Harrison County Street Crimes and Drug Unit.
