SUV Goes Off Road on Interstate 79

A Nissan Armada went off road on I-79 Tuesday afternoon, coming to rest in some brush several yards off the interstate.
Pulling a trailer with two tons of gravel, the SUV was traveling southbound and ran off the roadway Inear the 124 mile marker.
The incident, which happened around 2 p.m., is under investigation by Bridgeport Police.
The driver of the SUV was not injured. One lane of traffic was shut down while the vehicle was recovered. Bridgeport Fire Department assisted police with traffic control.
The vehicle was removed from the scene by Dan Riggs Towing.
