Beak & Snout Deli and Catering Co., located at 240 Park Boulevard, (just off of Milford Street and beside Little Ceaser's Pizza) celebrated their Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Wednesday. 
 
Beak & Snout is a scratch deli and catering company offering house smoked and roasted meats, fresh sliced cheese, local veggies, scratch made sauces and sides. 
 
Owner Stephanie Newhouse has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, previously cooking in Las Vegas and Maine.  She strives to bring fresh, local farm to table products daily to her guests. 
 
Menu items include Smoked Boston Butt, Hickory Ham, Salami and Coppa, Smoked Chicken Salad and much more.
