Sheriff's Department Arrest Harrison County Man on First Degree Sexual Abuse Charges

The Harrison County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Salem man for sexual abuse in the first degree, according to WBOY.
Floyd Howard Walters, 66, is charged with sexual abuse by a parent/guardian from an incident that occurred sometime between September and October of 2013, according to court documents.
