Silver Alert Issued for Teenager in Elkins; Police Asking for Public Help

A 15-year-old from Randolph County is missing and law enforcement there have issued a Silver Alert hoping to locate him. The Elkins Police Department are looking for 15-year-old Joshua Wayne Leary.
Leary is said to be about 5'6", and weigh around 118 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
