State, County, City Law Enforcement Agencies Involved in High-Speed Chase Across Harrison County; Numerous Cars, Police Cruisers Hit

WDTV reports that one person is in custody after a high-speed chase that lasted nearly an hour Tuesday evening and led police across highways and backroads in Harrison and Doddridge counties at high rates of speed.
 
According to dispatchers, it started in Nutter Fort shortly after 8 p.m. Police were searching for a stolen vehicle out of Taylor County and subsequently spotted in Nutter Fort. West Virginia State Police, county and city law enforcement agencies were involved in the chase. At times, vehicles reached 100 miles per hour. The suspect vehicle hit numerous cars, including multiple police cruisers.
