Stonewall Resort Hosts Bourbon, Beer and Barbecue Event

Come join us on Saturday November 15, for a special evening of classic American food and drink as Stonewall Resort presents a tribute to Bourbon, Beer and Barbecue, resort officials announced.
 
Richard Ebright, director of operations at Stonewall Resort, said “those attending the event are in for a real treat as our culinary team prepares a cornucopia of barbecue bites accompanied by an extensive selection of beer, bourbon and even moonshine.”
 
Ebright said this is an opportunity for guests to sample the best of American classic foods and beverages during a fun, casual dine-around culinary event.  The evening will feature a wide range of small bites and select beverage samples in a stand-and-dine setting.
 
According to Ebright, some of the menu items include: house smoked beef brisket, sweet tea-brined turkey breast, braised pork belly sliders, beer braised angus beef short ribs, beer bratwurst, hickory smoked baby back pork ribs, wild boar sausage and an assortment of vegetables along with desserts, including warm peach cobbler and bittersweet chocolate mousse cups with moonshine cherries.
 
Beer samples will include selections from Yuengling, Rivertowne, Mountain State and Green Flash Brewing Companies. Also featured will be stations where guests can sample Moonshine as well as bourbons such as Basil Hayden’s, Knob Creek, Maker’s Mark and Woodford Reserve.
