Tuesday Evening Clarksburg SCAD Raid Uncovers Nearly $20,000 in Drugs

On Tuesday, the Harrison County Street Crime and Drug Unit (SCAD) assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff's Department and the Salem Police Department's K-9 Unit executed a search warrant on a residence on Charleston Ave., Clarksburg.
 
Earlier Tuesday, Lewis County Sheriff Adam Gissy and his deputies conducted a buy bust drug operation involving heroin in Lewis County. After making their arrest, Lewis County Deputies learned that the heroin they had seized was purchased at the Charleston Avenue location.  Lewis County Deputies then relayed their information to the Harrison County SCAD Unit, which enabled them (SCAD) to obtain a search warrant.
 
At Approximately 7:40 p.m., deputies from both Lewis County and the Harrison County SCAD Unit along with the Salem K-9 Unit executed the search warrant on the Charleston Avenue residence. As a result of this search warrant deputies located approximately 5 grams of raw heroin, 225 Oxycodone (percocet) pain pills, 448 Hydrocodone pain pill and 105 xanax pills. The estimated street value of the seized heroin and pills is approximately $16,000.
 
Arrested at the Charleston Ave. residence was Emmitt R. Richardson aka “Jimmy Cool” and Danielle Hulley. Richardson, 41, is from Detroit. Hulley is 29 and resides at the Clarksburg, residence.
 
Emmitt R. Richardson aka “Jimmy Cool” was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute Hydrocodone, possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute Xanax, delivery of heroin, conspiracy to deliver heroin, and four (4) counts of interstate transportation of controlled substances with intent to distribute. All charges are felonies.
 
Danielle Hulley was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute Tramadol, and conspiracy to distribute heroin, all felony charges.
 
Both Richardson and Hulley were transported to the North Central Regional Jail to await arraignment by a Harrison County Magistrate.
