Two Men Arrested by Sheriff's Department after Shinnston Residence Found to Contain Heroin

Two men were arrested in Harrison County after the Harrison County Sheriff's Department Street Crime and Drug Unit (SCAD) deputies acquired a search warrant for a Shinnston residence and found heroin.
Joshua Milburn, 28, and Thomas Gwynn, 47, were each charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin.
