West Virginia is no stranger to marking a little low when it comes to certain surveys in America concerning well-being and quality of life. In this survey, by Gallup-Healthways on marketwatch.com 10 cities were named the 10 Most Miserable Cities in the U.S and unfortunately for us, not just one but two cities in West Virginia have found homes in the top spots.
