WVU Student Arrested for Public Intoxication after Weekend Incident that Resulted in Fall from Roof

According to WDTV, a 20-year-old West Virginia University student was arrested after a public intoxication incident in Morgantown over the weekend.
 
According to Morgantown Police, Michael Rogers climbed to the roof of the BFS gas station on University Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. While on the roof, Rogers tampered with a satellite dish and electrical box.
 
Morgantown Police officers were called to the scene around 3:00 AM. Shortly after, the responding officer heard a tree branch snap and Roger fell to the ground. It is unclear if Rogers jumped or fell.
