Tuesday Sue Davis, of Grafton, the woman originally accused of murdering her husband just over a year ago, will serve a total of six years in prison on one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of wanton endangerment with a firearm.

Several members of Davis' family were in Judge Moats' court room Tuesday afternoon, not expecting to hear the ruling that was handed down.

Davis's brother spoke exclusively with 5 News, who says he's still in shock.
