A Philippi woman who hit a man on a motorcycle in East View just outside of Clarksburg and before Anmoore and left the scene on Sept. 18 of last year appeared in court Monday, according to this WBOY report.

 

Kendra Vance struck Olan Leonard while he was riding a motorcycle on North Philippi Pike in the East View area of Clarksburg, and Vance left the scene. Leonard was flown by Healthnet to Ruby Memorial Hospital due to injuries sustained in the accident, which included numerous broken bones.
